Beschrijving
I. (a) The jackal steals food from the tiger cubs. (b) The tiger pursues him,is caught between two trees, or in a hole, and dies (cf.Type 36). (c) The jackal overawes the tigress and tries to take the place of the tiger.
II (a) On the hunt, he is unable to kill deer but says they were too small, etc.(b) Falls into river and claims to be fishing, etc. (cf. Type 67).
