Beschrijving
The trickster meets a man in a narrow place in the road and calls out to him to make room. The man refuses and the trickster turns over the cart. In court the trickster plays dumb. The plaintiff says, »He is not dumb; he called to me several times to get out of the way.» Damages are assessed against the plaintiff for negligence. [K1656].
