Beschrijving
The Luck-bringing Shirt. A ruler (king, mayor, sovereign couple) is sick (unhappy). A doctor (wise man, hermit) advises him to wear (to look for) the shirt of a lucky man. Servants are sent out to look (the ruler himself looks) for such a man, but a lucky man cannot be found.
Finally they meet a poor man (shepherd, boy) who seems to fit the requirement. But it turns out that the man has no shirt [N135.3]. The king dies (realizes that luck cannot be bought).
