The Sham Physician. A sham physician heals sick people (malingerers) by threatening to kill them if they do not get well [K1955.1].
He cures patients in a hospital by threatening to incinerate whichever of them is the sickest [K1785, K1955.1.2] or to make ointment out of his body.
After he receives his reward, he goes away. Some days (one week) later the really patients come back. Cf Type 1641B.
